Decended ei jatka Rok it! -kisassa 18.5.2009
Joudumme ilmoittamaan että taipaleemme Rok It-! -kilpailussa päättyy ennen aikojaan. Torstaina 14.5 saimme kuulla ettemme voi jatkaa kisassa mikäli emme takaa jo tässä vaiheessa, että otamme vastaan Pilfinkin levytyssopimuksen, jos voitamme kilpailun. Lisäksi meille paljastettiin että olemme hyvässä johdossa äänestyksessä.
Voittajallehan oli siis luvassa keikka Ilosaarirockissa, sekä mahdollisuus levytyssopimukseen. Kisasäännöissä ei kuitenkaan mainittu että voittajan olisi pakko ottaa vastaan molemmat palkinnoista. Ilosaarirockin keikka oli päätavoitteemme kilpailussa. Emme siis tietenkään sitoutuneet päivän varoitusajalla levytyssopimukseen, jonka luonteesta meille ei annettu varmaa tietoa.
Kiitämme ja pyydämme anteeksi faneilta ja kaikilta jotka ovat meitä äänestäneet. Teidän tuellamme olimme kärjessä vielä torstaina! :)
Joka tapauksessa, vaikkemme ihan vielä aikoneetkaan julkaista materiaalia Tonyn laulamana, tässä teille kuitenkin uusi, Jone Väänäsen johdolla äänitetty ja tuotettu Rock Til The Dawn! Enjoy!

Decended managed to top 5 at the Rok-it. The winner will be, once again, a band who gets the most of votes in internet-voting which begins at the next week! More information about voting at next week!
8.3.2009 BIG NEWS!
New vocalist found!
Decended has finally found a new singer Tony Turunen, the brother of Tarja Turunen! We are very proud and exited about this new situation. We haven't had time to record any music with Tony yet, but he will sing on the upcoming single. This of course means that the publishing of the single will be delayed, but be patient, it`s going to be worth waiting. Tony`s first performance with us is going to be at the "Rok It!" bandcontest 12.3.2009 at Joensuu's Karjalantalon kellari. We will perform two amazing songs there, and Decended wants you to come and listen!

Dear fans. The recordings of upcoming single are almost done but there's still a lot to do. When the time comes we'll let you know so please be patient!
During the fall we have been doing also several new songs and for the time being we are having severe rehearsals to learn them. Remember to come to our next gigs and keep on roking!
Through The Valleys Of Hate -Ep sold out!
We have still a small number of copies left but to all intents and purposes the Ep is sold out. But if you are extremely lucky you may still get one! The early bird catches the worm!

We are currently working on a new single which includes 3 new songs. It should be released in a few months so keep your eyes open!
Only few copies of "Through The Valleys Of Hate" -Ep are left so hurry up and get yours fast! You can get a copy from Joensuu's Levy Eskot or directly from the members for 5€.
